Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in the original packaging with all components included.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions

3. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions

Please note: Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include a photo of the product and packaging
  We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Funds will be returned to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

​

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. A new order can be placed once the initial return is processed.
