Refund & Return Policy for Coiffure Extensions

At Coiffure Extensions, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final on the following items:

• Eyelashes (cluster lashes, strip lashes, etc.)

• Lash glue, bond & seal products

• Eyelash removers

• Beauty tools that have been opened or used

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

​

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right.

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

• Include your order number

Once approved, we will:

• Send a replacement item OR

• Issue a refund/store credit (at our discretion)

 

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping Issues

​

Coiffure Extensions is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

​

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• The customer is responsible for reshipping fees

 

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

 

7. Allergic Reactions / Product Use

​

We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any product.

Coiffure Extensions is not responsible for:

• Allergic reactions

• Misuse or improper application of products
